Smilin’ Jack is located in beautiful northwestern Virginia. Genetic soundness is of the utmost importance to us and all of our breeding stock is BAER Normal, PLL, SCA, NNA, and DM DNA tested and CERF tested annually. We breed only a few well-planned and researched litters a year, ensuring that all of our puppies are home raised and well socialized. We remain responsible for our terriers, cradle to grave, so each puppy comes with health and satisfaction guaranteed.
